摘要
数智时代涌现的数字技术及其他高精特新技术夯实了新质生产力诞生的技术基础,图书馆的创新性、数字化、绿色化、高质量发展等特征与新质生产力的内涵高度契合。文章介绍了新质生产力的相关概念,阐述了图书馆与新质生产力的内在理论逻辑,分析了图书馆智慧服务赋能新质生产力的价值意蕴,并从技术赋能阅读推广、增强全民信息素养,加速智慧服务转型、提供数字动力支撑,应用数智化新技术、提高智慧服务质量,建设未来学习中心、培育创新型劳动者,打造数智馆员队伍、提升智慧服务能力等五方面探讨了图书馆通过智慧服务转型赋能新质生产力高质量发展的实践路径。
The emerging digital technologies and other cutting-edge high-tech advancements of the digital-intelligent era have solidified the technological foundation for the birth of new quality productive forces.The innovative,digital,green,and high-quality development characteristics of libraries align closely with the essence of new quality productive forces.The article introduces the concept of new quality productive forces,elaborates on the inherent theoretical logic between libraries and new quality productive forces,and analyzes the value implications of library smart services in empowering new quality productive forces.It explores the practical pathways for libraries to empower the high-quality development of new quality productive forces through smart service transformation,focusing on five key aspects:leveraging technology to promote reading and enhance public information literacy;accelerating the transition to smart services and providing digital momentum support;applying new digital and intelligent technologies to improve the quality of smart services;building future learning centers to cultivate innovative workers;and building a team of digital intelligent librarians and enhancing the ability of intelligent service.
