摘要
针对燃料电池冷藏车制冷机组能耗高、续航里程受限的问题,文章提出一种基于双模切换的“市电用电”供能系统。通过集成控制器局域网(CAN)总线通信的智能切换控制器与多级安全保护机制,包括接触器互锁、预充电检测及绝缘监测,实现了市电与动力电池供电模式的安全无缝切换。实车验证表明,在整车高压状态下,系统可在驾驶员触发切换指令后快速完成电池模式至市电模式的转换,切换时间为4.2 s,切换过程中制冷机组持续稳定运行,无过流故障。采用市电直驱模式后,整车能源转化损耗显著降低,冷链运输经济性与燃料电池系统使用寿命得到有效提升,为解决冷藏车续航与制冷需求矛盾提供了可行的技术方案。
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and limited driving range of the refrigeration unit of fuel cell refrigerated vehicles,this article proposes an energy supply system of"city electricity consumption"based on dual-mode switching.Through the intelligent switching controller integrated with the controller area network(CAN)bus communication and multi-level safety protection mechanisms,including contactor interlocking,pre-charge detection and insulation monitoring,the safe and seamless switching between the mains power supply and the power battery supply mode has been achieved.Real vehicle verification shows that under the high-voltage state of the entire vehicle,the system can quickly complete the conversion from battery mode to mains power mode after the driver triggers the switching command,and the switching time is 4.2 s.During the switching process,the refrigeration unit operates continuously and stably without overcurrent faults.After adopting the direct drive mode of municipal electricity,the energy conversion loss of the entire vehicle is significantly reduced,and the economic efficiency of cold chain transportation and the service life of the fuel cell system are effectively improved,providing a feasible technical solution to the contradiction between the range and refrigeration demand of refrigerated vehicles.
