特种车辆驾驶室空气弹簧减振仿真分析

摘要 特种车辆常用于恶劣路况运输,其振动与冲击环境尤为恶劣,而空气弹簧隔振系统作为一种有效的振动控制手段,在特种车辆驾驶室中得到了广泛应用。文章聚焦于特种车辆驾驶室空气弹簧隔振系统的仿真分析研究,首先介绍了空气弹簧隔振系统的基本原理和特性,随后利用有限元软件建立了空气弹簧隔振系统的有限元模型,通过仿真分析详细研究了不同刚度下空气弹簧的隔振效果。研究结果表明,空气弹簧在多种刚度设置下均能达到45.5%以上的隔振率,特别是在刚度为88.8 N/mm(较小刚度)时,隔振率可高达90.6%。 Special vehicles are frequently used in harsh road conditions for transportation,where the vibration and shock environment is particularly severe.Air spring vibration isolation systems,as an effective means of vibration control,have been widely applied in the cabs of special vehicles.This paper focuses on the simulation analysis of air spring vibration isolation systems in the cabs of special vehicles.The basic principles and characteristics of the air spring vibration isolation system are first introduced,followed by the establishment of a finite element model of the air spring vibration isolation system using finite element software.Through simulation analysis,the vibration isolation effect of air springs under different stiffness settings is studied in detail.The results indicate that air springs can achieve a vibration reduction rate of over 45.5%under various stiffness configurations,especially when the stiffness is set to 88.8 N/mm(a relatively low stiffness),the vibration reduction rate can reach as high as 90.6%.
