基于有限元法的某自卸车车架结构轻量化设计

摘要 随着汽车节能环保要求的不断提高以及交通运输行业竞争的日益激烈,自卸车的轻量化设计成为重要的研究方向。文章以某自卸车车架为研究对象,采用有限元分析法对车架结构进行了强度、刚度分析以及疲劳寿命分析,并以此为依据对其进行了不同方案下的轻量化设计。最后通过优化方案的综合对比,确立最佳的优化设计思路,为自卸车的轻量化设计和改进提供了一定的技术参考。 With the continuous improvement of energy-saving and environmental protection requirements for automobiles and the increasingly fierce competition in the transportation industry,the lightweight design of dump trucks has become an important research direction.This paper takes a dump truck frame as the research object,finite element analysis method is used to analyze the strength,stiffness,and fatigue life of the frame structure.Based on this,lightweight design is carried out under different schemes.Finally,the optimal optimization design idea was determined through comprehensive comparison of optimization schemes.This provides a certain technical reference for the lightweight design and improvement of dump trucks.
