摘要
文章为解决车辆在山路、拖车等极限工况下混动变速器中驱动电机过热的问题,从冷却系统的冷却能力、驱动电机的发热功率、整车控制策略等方面进行了分析,对电机过热问题提出了以下优化措施:提高油泵转速限值、调整流量阀开度来加大电机侧冷却流量、优化电机限扭策略。通过整车全工况转毂台架验证和实车验证发现,以上措施能够有效地解决此车在山路、拖车工况下电机过热的问题,可对搭载此混动变速器的车型进行措施横展,也对混动车型在应对高负载类工况电机过热问题处理上提供了借鉴。
This article aims to solve the problem of overheating of the drive motor in hybrid transmissions under extreme working conditions such as mountain roads and trailers.It analyzes the cooling capacity of the cooling system,the heating power of the drive motor,and the overall control strategy of the vehicle.The following optimization measures are proposed for the problem of motor overheating:increasing the speed limit of the oil pump,adjusting the opening of the flow valve to increase the cooling flow on the motor side,and optimizing the motor torque limit strategy.Through full condition hub test and actual vehicle verification,it is found that the above measures can effectively solve the problem of motor overheating in mountain roads and trailer working conditions of this vehicle.Measures can be taken horizontally for models equipped with this hybrid transmission,and also provide reference for hybrid models in dealing with motor overheating problems under high load working conditions.
