摘要
目的 探究颈部血管彩超血流参数联合血清心血管活性肽-α(salusin-α)、半乳糖血凝素-3(galectin-3)在突发性耳聋并发耳鸣患者诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年3月医院收治的134例突发性耳聋并发耳鸣患者为研究组,同期在医院体检健康的134例志愿者为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清中salusin-α、galectin-3水平。采用彩色多普勒诊断仪检测动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)。ROC曲线分析颈部血管彩超血流参数联合血清salusin-α、galectin-3在突发性耳聋并发耳鸣患者诊断中的应用价值。结果 与对照组相比,研究组患者血清中salusin-α水平显著降低,galectin-3水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组患者IMT数值显著升高,EDV、PSV的数值显著降低(P<0.05)。颈部血管彩超血流参数(IMT、EDV、PSV)联合血清salusin-α、galectin-3在突发性耳聋并发耳鸣患者诊断中的AUC显著高于IMT(Z=8.037,P<0.001)、EDV(Z=7.885,P<0.001)、PSV(Z=7.728,P<0.001)、salusin-α(Z=7.053,P<0.001)、galectin-3(Z=6.406,P<0.001)单独检测的AUC值。结论 在突发性耳聋并发耳鸣患者血清中salusin-α低表达,galectin-3高表达,颈部血管彩超血流参数联合血清salusin-α、galectin-3在突发性耳聋并发耳鸣患者诊断中具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of cervical vascular ultrasound blood flow parameters combined with serum salusin-αand galectin-3 in the diagnosis of sudden deafness and tinnitus patients.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,134 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus accepted by our hospital were as trial group,and 134 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations at our hospital were as reference group.ELISA method was applied to detect the levels of salusin-αand galectin-3 in serum.Color Doppler diagnostic equipment was applied to detect arterial intima-media thickness(IMT),end diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV),and peak systolic flow velocity(PSV).ROC curve was applied to analyze the diagnostic value of cervical vascular ultrasound blood flow parameters combined with serum salusin-αand galectin-3 in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.Results Compared with reference group,trail group showed a obvious decrease in serum salusin-αlevel and a obvious increase in galectin-3 level(P<0.05).Compared with reference group,trail group showed a obvious increase in IMT values and a obvious decrease in EDV and PSV values(P<O.05).The AUC values of cervical vascular ultrasound blood flow parameters(IMT,EDV,PSV)combined with serum salusin-αand galectin-3 in the diagnosis of sudden deafness and tinnitus patients were obviously higher than those detected by IMT(Z=8.037,P<0.001),EDV(Z=7.885,P<0.001),PSV(Z=7.728,P<0.001),salusin-α(Z=7.053,P<0.001),and galectin-3(Z=6.406,P<0.001)alone.Conclusion In patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus,serum salusin-αis low expressed,while galectin-3 is highly expressed,the combination of cervical vascular ultrasound blood flow parameters with serum salusin-αand galectin-3 has certain application value in the diagnosis of sudden deafness and tinnitus patients.
