摘要
目的比较不同干燥温度对瓜蒌种子活力的影响。方法以皖蒌17号为试验材料,测定不同干燥温度下种子萌发指标、生理指标以及幼苗形态指标,并采用多指标综合评分法对测定结果进行分析。结果不同干燥温度对瓜蒌种子活力的影响差异显著。当干燥温度为55℃时,种子发芽率和发芽势均最高,显著高于其它干燥温度(P<0.05),分别为59.7%、44%;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于其它干燥温度(P<0.05),为54.91U/(g·FW);过氧化物酶(POD)活性略高于45℃和60℃,显著高于35℃、40℃和50℃(P<0.05),为117.8 U/(g·FW);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于35℃(P<0.05),略高于其余干燥温度,为162.95 U/(g·FW);MDA含量在55℃时降至最低值,仅为63.98 nmol/g。干燥温度为55℃时,种苗和根系发育也较好,且在此条件下综合评分最高。结论热风干燥温度55℃下瓜蒌种子活力最高,该温度下可以较好地保持瓜蒌种子的品质,该研究为瓜蒌种子工业化制作温度提供了理论依据。
ObjectiveeTo compare the effects of different drying temperatures on the activity of T.kirilowii seeds.Methods"Wangua 17"'seeds were used as experimental materials,the germination index,physiological index and seedling growth index with different drying temperatures were measured.The multi-index comprehensive scoring method was used to analyze the determination results.Results The results showed that there were significant differences in the quality of T.kirilowii seeds at different drying temperatures.When the drying temperature was 55℃,the seed germination rate and germination potential were significantly higher than other drying temperatures(P<0.05).Specifically,the seed germination rate reached to a maximum of 59.7%at 55 C,and germination potential reached a maximum of 44%at 55℃.The catalase(CAT)activity were significantly higher than other drying temperatures(P<0.05).The CAT activity of T.kirilowii seeds dried at 55℃ were 54.91 U/g fresh weight.The peroxidase(POD)activity of T kirilowi seeds dried at 55℃ which were significantly higher than those of samples at 35,40 and 50℃(P<0.05),slightly higer than those of samples at 45℃ and 60℃.The POD activity of T.kirilowi seeds dried at 55℃ were 117.8 U/g fresh weight.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity were significantly higher than that of sample at 35℃(P<0.05),slightly higer than those of samples at 40,45,50 and 60℃.The SOD activity of T.kirilowii seeds dried at 55℃ were 162.95 U/g fresh weight.However,the content of malondialdehyde reduced to a minimum at 55℃,only 63.98 nmol/g.When the drying temperature was 55℃,the seedlings and roots were well developed.At the same time,the comprehensive score of T.kirilowii seeds dried at 55℃ was highest.Conclusion Hot air-drying at 55℃ can be suggested for the production of T.kirilowii seeds with better quality characteristics,which provide a theoretical basis for the quality control during the drying process of T.kirilowii seeds.
