摘要
为了应对航空发动机典型零件更高的焊接精度要求,在常规移动夹具的基础上,结合惯性摩擦焊工作原理和移动夹具技术要求,设计了一种具有精密调整功能的重型高精度惯性摩擦焊机移动夹具。建立了移动夹具的有限元模型,基于静力学和模态分析理论对移动夹具进行了静动态特性仿真分析,得到了移动夹具的刚度、强度和前六阶固有振型、频率特性,仿真分析结果显示满足设计的技术指标要求。最后进行移动夹具精密调整前后焊接精度对比试验,试验结果显示移动夹具精密调整后焊件的端面跳动量和径向跳动量数值相比移动夹具精密调整前大幅减小,验证了移动夹具精密调整功能的有效性,移动夹具的精密调整结构可以显著提高焊件的焊接精度。
In order to meet the higher welding accuracy requirements of typical parts of aviation engines,a heavy-duty high-precision inertial friction welding machine mobile fixture with precision adjustment function was designed based on the conventional mobile fixture,combined with the working principle of inertial friction welding and the technical requirements of mobile fixtures.A finite element model of the mobile fixture was established,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the mobile fixture were simulated and analyzed based on the theories of statics and modal analysis.The stiffness,strength,and first six natural vibration modes and frequency characteristics of the mobile fixture were obtained,and the simulation analysis results showed that it met the technical requirements of the design.Finally,conduct a comparative test of welding accuracy before and after precision adjustment of the mobile fixture.The experimental results show that the end face runout and radial runout values of the welded part after precision adjustment of the mobile fixture are significantly reduced compared to before precision adjustment,verifying the effectiveness of the precision adjustment function of the mobile fixture.The precision adjustment structure of the mobile fixture can significantly improve the welding accuracy of the welded part.
