摘要
新质生产力通过科技创新、模式转变、资源共享为实现农业高质量发展、农村现代化治理、农民生活共同富裕提供强劲支撑。“三农”问题是全党工作的重中之重,但现阶段新质生产力在赋能数字乡村建设的过程中,面临农业可持续发展支撑不足、乡村数字治理体系矛盾凸显、高素质乡村人才相对短缺等现实问题。对此,须从强化数字基础设施支撑以优化农业科技创新体系、深化数字技术融合衔接以完善乡村数字治理机制、夯实高素质数字人才基础以提升乡村居民数字素养3个方面入手加以改善。
The new quality productive forces extend strong support to high-quality agricultural development,modern rural governance,and common prosperity of farmers’lives through technological innovation,mode transformation,and resource sharing.The issue of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is of paramount importance to the work of the entire Party.However,at present,in the process of empowering digital rural construction with new quality productive forces,there are practical issues such as insufficient support for sustainable agricultural development,prominent contradictions in the rural digital governance system,and a relative shortage of high-quality rural talents.To address the issues,improvements should be made from three aspects,including strengthening the support of digital infrastructure and optimizing the agricultural science and technology innovation system;deepening the integration and connection of digital technologies and improving the digital governance mechanism in rural areas;consolidating the foundation of high-quality digital talents and enhancing the digital literacy of rural residents.
