国内康复治疗学本科生培养中存在的问题与思考——以厦门医学院医教协同教学模式为例

Issues and reflections on the cultivation of undergraduate students on rehabilitation therapy in China—taking the medical-education collaborative teaching model of Xiamen Medical College as an example

摘要 近年来,随着人口老龄化加快以及康复医学迅速发展,很多本科院校开设了康复治疗学专业,但由于本科教学并没有统一规范化的培养模式,导致教学水平参差不齐,毕业生理论水平与实践操作大相径庭,严重限制了我国康复治疗学专业的进一步发展。本文基于厦门医学院医教协同教学模式(大三下学期在相应教学医院进行上课的模式)对康复治疗学本科人才培养进行探讨,旨在为今后康复治疗学本科教学的发展提供新的思路。 In recent years,with the accelerated aging of the population and the rapid development of rehabilitation medicine,many undergraduate institutions have established rehabilitation therapy programs.However,due to the lack of a unified and standardized training model in undergraduate education,teaching quality varies significantly,leading to a considerable gap between graduates'theoretical knowledge and practical skills.This severely restricts the further development of rehabilitation therapy education in China.Based on the medical-education collaborative teaching model of Xiamen Medical College(where students attend classes at affiliated teaching hospitals in the second semester of their third year),this paper explores the cultivation of undergraduate rehabilitation therapy students,aiming to provide new insights for the future development of rehabilitation therapy education at the undergraduate level.
