摘要
目的探讨医院关怀氛围感知在本科实习护生职业认同与人文关怀能力之间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样的方法,对来自某三甲医院3个院区的361名本科实习护生进行问卷调查,问卷由一般资料调查表、医院关怀氛围感知量表、职业认同量表和人文关怀能力量表共4部分组成。采用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 24.0软件进行数据分析。结果本科实习护生医院关怀氛围感知得分为(245.97±37.58)分、职业认同得分为(64.43±14.62)分、人文关怀能力得分为(70.59±10.26)分;医院关怀氛围感知与职业认同对人文关怀能力均有直接(正向)效应(β=0.563,0.266,P均<0.001),职业认同对医院关怀氛围感知具有直接(正向)效应(β=0.387,P<0.001),医院关怀氛围感知在职业认同和人文关怀能力之间具有部分中介作用(β=0.218,P<0.001)。结论本科实习护生医院关怀氛围感知处于优秀水平,职业认同和人文关怀能力处于中等偏上水平,职业认同可以通过医院关怀氛围感知间接影响人文关怀能力。
Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of perceived hospital caring atmosphere on the relationship between professional identity and humanistic care ability among undergraduate nursing interns.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 361 undergraduate nursing interns from three campuses of a tertiary first-class hospital.The questionnaire covered four sections:a general information survey,the perceived hospital caring atmosphere scale,the professional identity scale,and the humanistic care competency scale.Data analysis was conducted with SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 software.Results:The mean scores among undergraduate nursing interns were as follows:perceived hospital caring atmosphere scale is(245.97±37.58);professional identity scale is(64.43±14.62);humanistic care competency scale is(70.59±10.26).Path analysis revealed significant positive direct effects of both perceived hospital caring atmosphere(β=0.563,P<0.001)and professional identity(β=0.266,P<0.001)on humanistic care competency.Additionally,professional identity demonstrated a significant positive direct effect on perceived hospital caring atmosphere(β=0.387,P<0.001).Mediation analysis revealed that perceived hospital caring atmosphere partially mediated the relationship between professional identity and humanistic care competency(β=0.218,P<0.001).Conclusion:The undergraduate nursing interns exhibit excellent levels of perceived hospital caring atmosphere,along with above-average professional identity and humanistic care competency.Additionally,professional identity could indirectly influence humanistic care ability through the perception of the hospital's caring atmosphere.
