摘要
细胞焦亡是一种程序性细胞死亡方式,与炎症和多种疾病相关。硫化氢(H_(2)S)作为第三气体信号分子,具有多种生理和病理作用。H_(2)S在细胞焦亡中的双向作用与其精准的分子机制紧密相关,涉及NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1(caspase-1)活性和消皮素D(GSDMD)的切割。H_(2)S的保护作用还包括抗氧化、抗炎和信号通路介导等。本研究对H_(2)S在细胞焦亡中的作用及其研究进展进行综述。
Cellular pyroptosis is a programmed cell death mode and is associated with inflammation and various diseases.Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S),as a third gas signaling molecule,has various physiological and pathological effects.The bidirectional role of H_(2)S in cell pyroptosis is closely related to its precise molecular mechanism,involving NLRP3 inflammasome,caspase-1 activity and gasdermin D(GSDMD)cleavage.The protective effects of H_(2)S include antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and signaling pathway mediated effects.This article reviews the role and research progress of H_(2)S in cell pyroptosis.
