摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤重症医学的现状与不足,并提出相应的对策建议,以促进该学科的迅速且稳健发展。方法:通过分析肿瘤重症医学的发展历程、救治能力现状以及存在的问题,并结合国内外相关研究和实践经验,提出针对性的政策建议。结果:研究发现,肿瘤重症医学作为一门新兴的交叉学科,在重症医学背景下结合肿瘤特点应运而生,但其发展仍面临诸多挑战。具体表现为:重症医学科对恶性肿瘤患者的转诊标准尚未明确;肿瘤专科医院ICU的人力设备资源不足,诊治水平有待提高;肿瘤与重症交叉学科领域充满未知和挑战,如新型抗肿瘤药物导致的严重不良反应的诊治问题等。结论:通过实施下列对策,有望推动肿瘤重症医学学科的快速发展,提高肿瘤患者的救治水平:恶性肿瘤患者转诊ICU的标准亟待达成共识;以重症医学为中心搭建多学科协作平台,推动重症医学与其他学科专业之间深度融通;加强肿瘤重症医学的质量控制,建立统一的质量控制标准,推动医疗质量的同质化发展;推进肿瘤重症信息化建设,提高临床工作效率和科研转化能力。
Objective:To explore the current development status and existing challenges in onco-critical care medicine,an emerging interdisciplinary field,and to provide theoretical support for improving diagnostic and treatment systems and advancing disciplinary progress.Methods:This article aims to explore the current status and challenges in onco-critical care medicine and propose evidence-based strategies to facilitate its rapid yet sustainable development.Results:The study revealed that onco-critical care medicine,as an emerging interdisciplinary field,has emerged by integrating cancer-specific characteristics within the framework of critical care medicine.However,its development faces significant challenges,including:The lack of established referral criteria for malignant tumor patients in critical care departments.Insufficient staffing and equipment resources in ICUs of specialized cancer hospitals,coupled with suboptimal diagnostic and treatment capabilities.Numerous unknowns and challenges within the oncology-critical care interdisciplinary domain,such as the management of severe adverse reactions caused by novel anticancer agents.Conclusion:By implementing these measures,it is anticipated that the discipline of onco-critical care medicine will achieve rapid advancement,ultimately improving clinical outcomes and survival rates for cancer patients:establish consensus on ICU referral criteria for malignant tumor patients to standardize clinical decision-making.Develop a multidisciplinary collaboration platform centered on critical care medicine to foster deep integration between critical care and other specialties.Strengthen quality control in onco-critical care medicine by creating unified quality benchmarks and promoting standardized medical practices across institutions.Advance informatization in onco-critical care to enhance clinical efficiency and accelerate research translation capabilities.
