摘要
国医大师施杞是中医骨内科学奠基人,所著《中医骨内科学》详细阐述了基础理论、辨证治法、临证应用及学科未来发展方向。基于对《中医骨内科学》内容的理解,总结和归纳施教授治疗中医骨内科疾病的学术思想,即治疗思想体系从整体观念、阴阳五行出发,以八纲辨证为首,并由“气血为先、调和脏腑、动静结合、筋骨并重、少阳为枢”等理念共同构成,对骨伤科临床诊疗具有重要参考价值。
National traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) master SHI Qi is a founding figure in TCM orthopaedic medicine.His work,Traditional Chinese Orthopaedic Medicine,provides a comprehensive exposition of fundamental theories,syndrome differentiation and treatment methods,clinical applications,and future directions for the discipline.Based on an in-depth understanding of this text,this study summarizes Professor SHI′s academic thought on treating orthopaedic diseases in TCM.His treatment philosophy is rooted in a holistic view and the yin-yang and Five Elements,with syndrome differentiation based primarily on the Eight Principles.It is further characterized by key concepts such as “prioritizing qi and blood,harmonizing the Zangfu organs,integrating movement and stillness,emphasizing both sinews and bones,and regarding Shaoyang as the pivot”.These principles provide valuable insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment in TCM orthopedics and traumatology.
