摘要
广泛性焦虑障碍与强迫障碍存在着较高的共病率,病情往往复杂难愈。在长期临床实践中,符文彬教授采用“一针二灸三巩固”的整合针灸治疗模式治疗广泛性焦虑障碍合并强迫障碍,以心胆肾为治疗切入点,整合运用针刺、精灸、刺络、皮内针等治疗手段,可安神定志,标本兼治,取得了较好的临床疗效。
Generalized anxiety disorder(GAD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) have a high comorbidity rate,and their clinical course is often complex and difficult to treat.In long-term clinical practice,Professor FU Wenbin has developed an integrated acupuncture and moxibustion treatment model,termed “acupuncture and moxibustion followed by consolidations” to treat GAD combined with OCD.Focusing on the heart,gallbladder,and kidney as the therapeutic entry points,this approach combines acupuncture,refined moxibustion,needling collaterals,and subcutaneous needling to calm the mind and stabilize the spirit,addressing both the symptoms and root causes.This method has shown promising clinical efficacy.
