摘要
为了给猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)的防控提供科学依据,对香格里拉市部分地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染流行状况进行了调查。采集840份疑似感染PRRSV藏香猪的唾液拭子,采用qRT-PCR方法进行检测,统计不同季节、不同海拔的感染情况,对阳性样品的ORF5基因扩增测序并进行遗传进化分析。结果显示,840份样品中有83份为阳性,总阳性率为9.88%。对12株阳性样品的ORF5基因扩增测序,得到735 bp单一序列片段。遗传进化分析表明,香格里拉市藏香猪PRRSV流行株为美洲型,与JXA1毒株ORF5基因亲缘性高,且高致病性毒株为优势流行株。
In order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome(PRRS),the prevalence of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus(PRRSV)infection in some areas of Shangri-La City is investigated.Saliva swabs from 840 Tibetan aromatic pigs suspected of being infected with PRRSV are collected and tested in qRT-PCR method.Infections are counted in different seasons and at different altitudes,and the ORF5 gene of the positive samples is amplified and sequenced and subjected to genetic evolution analysis.The results show that 83 out of 840 samples are positive,with an overall positive rate of 9.88%.The ORF5 gene of 12 positive samples is amplified and sequenced,and a single sequence fragment of 735 bp is obtained.Genetic evolutionary analysis shows that the prevalent strain of PRRSV in Tibetan aromatic pigs in Shangri-La City is of American type,with high genetic affinity to the ORF5 gene of the JXA1 strain,and the highly pathogenic strain is the dominant prevalent strain.
