摘要
猪流行性腹泻(Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea,PED)是由猪流行性腹泻病毒(Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus,PEDV)引起的一种急性、高度传染性的肠道疾病,主要危害哺乳仔猪,具有高死亡率和快速传播的特点。本研究通过分析临床症状、病原学检测与快速诊断技术,探讨了疫苗免疫、生物安全、饲养管理与药物治疗等综合防治措施的效果。实践结果显示,合理的疫苗接种程序、严格的生物安全措施与药物联合治疗能够有效控制PED的传播与致死率,显著降低养殖场的经济损失,为猪群健康管理提供了科学依据。
Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea(PED)is an acute and highly contagious intestinal disease caused by Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus(PEDV),which mainly affects lactating piglets and is characterized by high mortality and rapid transmission.The study explored the effects of integrated control measures such as vaccine immunization,biosecurity,feeding management and drug treatment by analyzing clinical symptoms,pathogenicity detection and rapid diagnostic techniques.The practical results show that reasonable vaccination procedures,strict biosecurity measures and drug combination therapy can effectively control the spread and lethality of PED,significantly reduce the economic losses of farms,and provide a scientific basis for the health management of swine herds.
