Research and Comprehensive Application of Disinfection Technology for Large-scale Livestock Farms

摘要 规模化养殖是现代畜牧业发展的重要趋势,但其高密度的特性增加了动物疫病发生和传播的风险,给重大动物疫病及人畜共患病的防控带来巨大挑战。这些疫病不仅危害养殖业的稳定发展,还严重威胁人体健康与公共卫生安全。因此,疫病防控成为保障动物健康与养殖效益的关键所在,而采用消毒灭菌技术抑制病毒滋生和传播则是当前最经济、最有效的疫病防控措施。文章系统梳理了物理消毒技术及化学消毒技术的多元类型和作用机制,详细阐述了消毒效果评估方法与养殖场消毒方案,以期在构建科学、规范、可持续的消毒体系方面为养殖场提供理论依据与实践参考,助力畜牧业实现安全、高效、绿色发展。 Large-scale farming is an important trend in the development of modern animal husbandry.However,its high-density characteristic increases the risks of the occurrence and spread of animal diseases,posing huge challenges to the prevention and control of major animal diseases and zoonotic diseases.These diseases not only endanger the stable development of the breeding industry but also pose a serious threat to human health and public health security.Therefore,the prevention and control of diseases has become the key to ensuring animal health and breeding benefits.Among them,the use of disinfection and sterilization technology to inhibit the breeding and spread of viruses is the most economical and effective measure for disease prevention and control at present.This paper systematically sorts out the diverse types and action mechanisms of physical disinfection technology and chemical disinfection technology,elaborates in detail on the evaluation methods of disinfection effects and the disinfection plans for farms.It aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for farms in constructing a scientific,standardized and sustainable disinfection system,and help the animal husbandry industry achieve safe,efficient and green development..
