摘要
目的观察参苓白术颗粒联合复方胰酶散治疗对功能性消化不良患儿胃排空率与血清胃动素的影响。方法以随机数字表法将2023年1—2月苏北人民医院收治的功能性消化不良患儿68例分为观察组(34例,实施参苓白术颗粒联合复方胰酶散治疗)和对照组(34例,仅实施复方胰酶散治疗),2组均治疗2周。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后胃排空率、血清胃动素水平,不良反应及随访6个月复发率。结果观察组总有效率(100.00%)较对照组(88.24%)高(χ^(2)=4.250,P=0.039)。治疗2周后,2组餐后30、60 min胃排空率及血清胃动素水平均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率(5.88%)较对照组(23.53%)低(χ^(2)=4.221,P=0.040);随访6个月,观察组复发率为2.94%,低于对照组的17.65%(χ^(2)=3.981,P=0.046)。结论参苓白术颗粒联合复方胰酶散治疗功能性消化不良患儿疗效较佳,可有效改善胃排空率和血清胃动素水平,且可减少不良反应与复发率。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with compound pancreatin on g astric emptying rate and serum motilin in children with functional dyspepsia.Methods Sixty-eight cases of children with functional dyspepsia treated in the Northern Jiangsu People′s Hospital from January to February 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases,treated with Shenling Baizhu granules combined with compound pancreatin)and control group(34 cases,treated with compound pancreatin).Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The treatment effect,gastric emptying rate,serum motilin level before and after treatment,adverse reactions and recurrence rate after 6 months of f ollow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(88.24%)(χ^(2)=4.250,P=0.039).After 2 weeks of treatment,the gastric emptying rate and serum motilin levels at 30 and 60 min after meal increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.88%)was lower than that of the control group(23.53%)(χ^(2)=4.221,P=0.040).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.94%,lower than that in the control group(17.65%)(χ^(2)=3.981,P=0.046).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu granules combined with compound pancreatin has better curative effect in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia,which can effectively i mprove gastric emptying rate and serum motilin level,and reduce adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
