摘要
目的计量分析佐太的相关文献及政策法规,为研究佐太的研究现状与安全警戒监管提供参考。方法在CNKI数据库中以“佐太”“佐塔”“佐台”“坐台”“左太”为关键词检索相关文献,并在国家药品监督管理局与省药品监督管理局检索相关佐太的政策与提案等,将所得结果以年发表量、关键词、被引次数、研究机构佐太成分的基础研究和临床研究等为条件进行分析。结果佐太的研究文献相对较少,系统检索到结果80篇,发文量总体呈现先波动式上升,后呈波动式下降。其中,杨宝寿发表的藏药“佐太”中汞的作用特点和安全研究被引39次位列第一,中国科学院西北高原生物研究所以25篇位列第一。研究热点主要在佐太的化学成分、传统认知阐述、制备及不良反应等。结论佐太的研究尚处于初级阶段,利用现代化技术对佐太进行研究成为趋势,且安全性受到关注,开展了相关药物安全警戒活动。国家和地方需要投入更多人力进行更深入的研究,保证藏药佐太的安全有效用药。
Objective To quantitatively analyze the relevant literature,policies and regulations of Zuotai,and to provide reference for the research status and security supervision of Zuotai.Methods Relevant literature was searched with the keywords"佐太""佐塔""佐台""坐台""左太"on CNKI,and relevant Zuotai policies and proposals of the two sessions were searched from the National Drug Administration and Provincial Drug Administration,and the results were analyzed according to the annual publication volume,citation times and research institutions.Results Zuotai′s research literature was relatively small,and 80 results were retrieved systematically.The number of published papers showed a fluctuation increase at first,and then a fluctuation decreases.Among them,Yang Baoshou′s research on the mercury action characteristics and safety of Zuotai,a Tibetan medicine,was cited 39 times,ranking first,while the Northwest Plateau Institute of Biological Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences ranked first with 25 articles.The research focuses on the chemical composition,traditional cognition,preparation and adverse reactions of Zuotai.Conclusion The research of Zuotai is still in the initial stage,and the use of modern technology to study Zuotai has become a trend,its safety has been concerned,and related drug safety vigilance activities have been carried out.The state and local governments need to invest more manpower to conduct more in-depth research to ensure the safe and effective use of Tibetan medicine Zuotai.
