农学类专业水稻相关课程思政对复合应用型人才培养的驱动研究

摘要 在农业现代化的背景下,培养具备扎实的专业知识、实践能力与良好思想政治素养的复合应用型农学人才至关重要。研究为表征水稻相关课程思政对复合应用型人才培养的驱动作用,选取农学专业大三学生,运用阿斯汀教育模型分析了985高校、211高校以及双非院校组的各项指标。实验结果中,985高校组、211高校组,双非实验组的测验分数分别为96分、92分、83分;985高校组用人单位满意度为85.7%,211高校组为80.6%,双非院校组为79.3%。结果表明,水稻课程思政建设能有效驱动复合应用型人才的成长与发展。研究为农学类专业课程思政建设提供了实证依据,为优化人才培养模式提供了数据及理论支持。 Under the background of agricultural modernization,it is very important to cultivate compound applied agricultural talents with solid professional knowledge,practical ability and good ideological and political accomplishment.In order to characterize the driving effect of ideology and politics in rice-related courses on the cultivation of composite applied talents,this study selected junior students majoring in agriculture and analyzed various indicators of 985 universities,211 universities and double non-university groups by using the Astin education model.The test scores of 985 university group,211 university group and double non-experimental group were 96 points,92 points and 83 points respectively.The satisfaction rate of employers in the 985 university group was 85.7%,that in the 211 university group was 80.6%,and that in the double non-university group was 79.3%.The results show that the ideological and political construction of rice curriculum can effectively drive the growth and development of compound applied talents.The research provides an empirical basis for the ideological and political construction of agricultural courses and provides data and theoretical support for optimizing the personnel training model.
