摘要
以航空发动机燃烧室试验为背景,研究并采用PDCA循环质量方法来提高空气流量测量(简称流量测量)的成功率。为此设计了一套临界流文丘里喷嘴作为空气流量的校核装置,并对流量测量的成功率和主要故障因素进行了试验和分析。以两次PDCA循环的实施为基础,制定了有针对性的改进措施,使首次开车的流量测量成功率提高到了94.8%。改进措施包括增强人员质量意识、完善试验流程以及升级技术。改进措施的实施不仅保证了科研试验任务的顺利进行,还显著缩短了试验时长,并获得了良好的质量效果和经济效益。
This study takes aviation engine combustion testing as the background and adopts the PDCA cycle quality approach to improve the reliability of air flow measurement.To achieve this,we designed a critical flow Venturi nozzle as a calibration device for air flow and conducted experiments and analysis on the success rate and major failure factors of flow measurement.Through two iterations of the PDCA cycle,we formulated targeted improvement measures,resulting in a first-time success rate of 94.8%for flow measurement during engine startup.These measures include optimizing the testing process,upgrading equipment technology,and enhancing quality awareness.The implementation of these improvements not only ensured a smooth progress of scientific experiments,but also significantly reduced the testing duration while achieving favorable quality outcomes and economic benefits.
