摘要
对特殊过程与需确认的过程的定义及区别进行了分析,探讨了需确认的过程的识别范围,采用集合的概念及分析方法,结合液体火箭发动机生产过程中的典型案例,分析了特殊过程、需确认的过程、可检可测过程、不可检测过程之间的逻辑关系,得到了特殊过程、需确认的过程与不可检测过程的逻辑关系图,即扇形分区模型。在此基础上,进一步阐述了各分区风险管理的控制要求,分析了扇形分区模型中各个分区之间的逻辑关系,提出了特殊过程与需确认的过程的概念易混淆的原因、风险的主要来源,以及风险管控工作的重点方向。
This paper analyzes the definition and difference between Special process and process to be confirmed,discusses the identification range of process to be confirmed,analyzes the logical relationships of special process,process to be confirmed,detectable process,and undetectable process with typical examples,and obtains a logical relationship diagram of them.Moreover,the risk control requirements of each partition are expanded,the relationship between each partition of the logical diagram is further analyzed,and the reasons why the concepts of special process and process to be confirmed are easily confused are put forward,as well as the main sources of risks and the key directions for future works in risk management and control.
