摘要
螺栓的预紧力是衡量紧固连接质量的重要指标,其大小直接影响螺栓连接的可靠性。常温下测量螺栓连接结构预紧力的方法包括超声、应变等,但在高温情况下超声、应变的测量元件容易失效,难以测量连接结构预紧力。开展高温下的预紧力测量研究,对型号连接结构的可靠性设计非常重要。因此,对桨片法进行改进,提出了一种高温下连接结构预紧力测量方法,该方法通过分析测量过程中的力-位移曲线,得到了力的拐点,曲线拐点对应力的值即为预紧力值。该预紧力测量方法和试验结果为型号在高温下连接结构的设计改进和可靠性提升提供了重要支撑。
Bolt preload is an important indicator of the quality of fastening connections,and its size directly affects the reliability of bolted connections.Methods for measuring the preload of bolted connections at room temperature include ultrasonic and strain,though their measuring components often malfunction at high temperatures,making it difficult to measure the preload of the connection structure.To address this problem and conduct the preload measurement research at high temperatures with a safe and reliable design,we present a new method of measurement of pretension based on the improvement of the blade method.This method of measurement and the experiment results are substantial in improving the reliability of the connection at elevated temperatures.
