摘要
针对某航天器天线馈源支撑结构的小批量生产需求,为保证产品质量,提高5套产品的质量数据稳定性,结合产品构型设计、材料选择和制造工艺特点,提出了生产阶段产品基线的建立条件,明确了生产阶段产品基线的具体要素和内容,在实际生产中通过生产阶段产品基线报告或生产准备就绪报告评审和生产阶段产品基线记实,实现对生产阶段产品基线的有效管控和监督落实,确保了产品质量稳定性。该项研究成果可为航天产品质量控制和生产阶段产品基线管理提供参考。
This study aims to meet the small-batch production demand of a spacecraft antenna feed support structure.To ensure the quality of the products and improve the quality data stability of 5 sets of products,we propose the conditions in which the product baseline at the production stage shall be established and clarify the specific elements and contents regarding this process,combining the product configuration design,material selection,and manufacturing process characteristics.As a result,effective control and supervision of product baselines at the production stage are implemented in actual production through product baseline reports,production readiness report reviews,and other product baseline documentation at the production stage.Our work may provide references for quality control of aerospace products and product baseline management at the production stage.
