摘要
本文通过了解家电行业数字化转型状况,分析海尔智家全域数字化对于营运资金管理的影响路径,再基于要素、渠道和熵值法的营运资金管理效率综合分析研究全域数字化对海尔智家营运资金管理效率的影响并得出结论:海尔智家全域数字化对营运资金管理整体具有积极作用,且对营运资金流动性和盈利性的影响较为明显。再针对海尔智家的营运资金管理提出相关建议:深化渠道改革,加速资金周转;制造与物流协同提高效率;优化库存管理;强化财务管理和风险控制。以期帮助海尔智家提升营运资金管理效率,同时给同类企业提供参考。
Through understanding the digital transformation status of home appliance industry,this paper analyzes the impact path of Haier Zhijia's global digitalization on working capital management,and then analyzes the impact of global digitalization on the efficiency of working capital management of Haier Zhijia from three different aspects based on the comprehensive evaluation of factors,channels and entropy,and draws a conclusion:The global digitalization of Haier Zhijia has a positive effect on the overall working capital management,and has a significant impact on the working capital liquidity and profitability.Then,relevant suggestions are put forward for the working capital management of Haier Zhijia,including:deepening the reform of channels and accelerating the capital turnover;Manufacturing and logistics synergies to improve efficiency;Optimize inventory management;Strengthen financial management and risk control,in order to help Haier Zhijia improve the efficiency of working capital management,and provide reference for similar enterprises.
