摘要
作为特大城市,北京市通过创新扶持不同养老模式的产业化发展来应对日趋严峻的老龄化问题。本文首先分析了居民家庭三种养老模式的福利经济特点,然后利用福利经济模型探索北京市居民家庭的三种养老模式的效用水平,最后运用博弈模型分析居民家庭选择不同养老模式的关系和相应福利。研究发现:北京市居民家庭养老模式的选择有调控的空间,社区居家养老模式和机构养老模式可以承担传统家庭养老模式分流出来的老人,起到减轻家庭养老压力、养老产业高质量发展的目的。
As a mega city,Beijing innovatively supports the industrial development of different elderly care models to address the increasingly severe aging problem.The article first analyzes the welfare economic characteristics of three elderly care models for resident families,then explores the utility level of the three elderly care models for Beijing resident families using welfare economic models,and finally uses game models to analyze the relationship and corresponding welfare of resident families choosing different elderly care models.Research has found that there is room for regulation in the choice of family elderly care models for residents in Beijing.Community home-based elderly care models and institutional elderly care models can accommodate the elderly who are diverted from traditional family elderly care models,thereby reducing the pressure of family elderly care and promoting the high-quality development of the elderly care industry.
