摘要
学校和企业共建智慧仓储实训基地,将企业采用先进的智慧物流设备和管理引入校园。为院校提供一个真实、高效的实践环境,培养更多适应智慧物流行业发展需求的复合型技术技能人才。以此为契机,推进物流专业“三教”改革,围绕教学团队建设、教学内容和方法改革、教学资源建设,探索物流专业校企如何建立长效合作机制,为完善双主体育人模式,开发课程、教材,建设产教融合实训基地提供经验。为深化校企合作、推进校企协同育人提供路径。
Schools and enterprises jointly build smart warehousing training bases to introduce enterprises'in-use,advanced smart logistics equipment and management into the campus.To provide institutions with a real,efficient practice environment,to cultivate more composite technical skills to meet the needs of the development of the intelligent logistics industry.Take this opportunity to promote the"three teaching"reform of the logistics profession,focusing on the construction of teaching team,the reform of teaching content and methodology,and the construction of teaching resources,exploring how to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises in the logistics profession,and providing experience in perfecting the model of dual-major sportsman,developing curriculum and teaching materials,and building practical training bases of industry-teaching fusion.Provide paths for deepening school-enterprise cooperation and promoting school-enterprise collaborative education.
