基于“数据链”协同下的高职现代物流业产教融合教学改革——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,国内高职现代物流人才供需出现了操作岗位需求量大与学生意愿低及岗位管理、技术能力需求递增与学生能力之间出现供需不平衡。因此,文章以浙江国际海运职业技术学院现代物流专业为例,通过建立多方信息共享的人才培养数据链、制定基于产教融合的人才培养新模式、构建数字链为基础的专业课程体系、协同优化校企合作模式等产教融合教学改革实施路径,实现产教融合提升高职现代物流专业学生岗位职业技能和素养的人才培养改革目标。 In recent years,there has been a contradiction between the high demand for operational positions and the low willingness of students in the supply and demand of modern logistics talents in domestic vocational colleges,as well as the increasing demand for job management and technical skills and the mismatch between student abilities.Therefore,this article takes the Modern Logistics major of Zhejiang International Maritime College as an example,establishing a talent cultivation data chain through multi-party information sharing,develop a new talent cultivation model based on the integration of industry and education,building a professional curriculum system based on digital chain,collaborative optimization of school enterprise cooperation mode and other implementation paths for industry education integration teaching reform.The goal of talent cultivation reform is to achieve the integration of industry and education and enhance the vocational skills and literacy of modern logistics students in vocational colleges.
