摘要
在企业自有资金不足、交易商品具有易逝性的背景下,提出由经销商、供应商、金融机构及供应链公司构成的新型保兑仓融资模式。销售期末供应链公司对剩余商品进行全部回购并进行二次销售的策略。构建各参与方利润模型,分别从经销商、供应商及供应链公司的角度分析各自的决策,探究不同决策对供应链公司回购策略的影响。研究表明,供应链公司可通过提高对剩余商品二次销售价格的方式提高回购价格;供应商适当降低批发价格可促进经销商订货量的增加从而提高供应链公司的利润,为实际决策提供依据。
Against the background of insufficient enterprise funds and the perishable nature of traded commodities,a new type of confirmed warehouse financing model is proposed,consisting of distributors,suppliers,financial institutions and supply chain companies.At the end of the sales period,the supply chain company repurchases all the remaining commodities and carries out the strategy of secondary sales.A profit model is constructed for each participant,and their decisions are analyzed from the perspectives of dealers,suppliers and supply chain companies in order to investigate the impact of different decisions on the buyback strategy of the supply chain company.The study demonstrates that the supply chain company can enhance the buyback price by increasing the secondary sales price of the remaining goods.Conversely,the supplier can enhance the profit of the supply chain company by appropriately reducing the wholesale price to stimulate an increase in the order quantity of the distributor.This provides a foundation for the actual decision.
