摘要
为了在应急救援活动中实现高效的物资配送,减少地质灾害造成的财产损失,提出了联合运输路径优化方法。以震后救援过程中总时间最短,花费成本最小为目标,构建了多目标的应急车辆路径优化模型,并利用改进的遗传算法进行求解。以汶川地震为背景构造算例,验证了模型以及算法的可行性。结合黄金救援时间,调整时间与成本的权重,得出不同的救援路径,有效降低了成本。文章可为震后物资调度联合运输的路径优化提供参考。
In order to realize efficient material distribution in emergency rescue activities,and reduce property losses caused by geological disasters,a method of optimizing the intermodal transportation route is proposed.With the goal of shortening the total time and least cost in the post-earthquake rescue process,a multi-objective emergency vehicle path optimization model is constructed,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve it.Taking the Wenchuan earthquake as the background construction example,the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified.Combined with the golden rescue time,the weight of time and cost is adjusted to obtain different rescue paths,which effectively reduces the cost,and this study can provide a reference for the path optimization of material dispatch combined transportation after the earthquake.
