摘要
交通运输业是碳排放的重点领域,核算交通货运以及客运碳排放总量以及分析其影响因素,对推动城市低碳发展,实现“双碳”目标有重要意义。本文采用IPCC在《温室气体清单指南》中提出的方法进行江苏省苏州市的碳排放核算,应用LMDI进行碳排放的影响因素分解分析。研究发现,经济发展水平和人口规模是导致苏州市交通碳排放增长的主要因素,而技术水平和运输结构则有效抑制了交通碳排放的增长。因此,通过实施优化交通结构和提升技术水平等措施,苏州市有潜力进一步降低交通碳排放。
The transportation sector is a critical area for carbon emissions.Accounting for the total carbon emissions from freight and passenger transport and analyzing their influencing factors are crucial for promoting urban low-carbon development and achieving the"dual carbon"goals.This paper uses the method proposed by the IPCC in the"Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories"to calculate the carbon emissions in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province,and applies the LMDI method to decompose the factors influencing carbon emissions.The study finds that economic development and population size are the main factors driving the increase in transportation carbon emissions in Suzhou,while technological advancement and transportation structure have effectively suppressed the growth of carbon emissions.Therefore,by implementing measures to optimize the transportation structure and enhance technological levels,Suzhou has the potential to further reduce transportation carbon emissions.
