摘要
灾害发生时,及时配送应急救援物资能有效减少灾后损失,随着应急救援工作的开展,救援物资需求紧急程度会下降。因此,需要综合考虑救援进程来决定配送速率和费用之间的关系。讨论在不同紧急程度下,救援物资配送路线问题,构建基于配送时间和配送费用的多目标的车辆路径模型,以某地的应急救援案例为算例,采用遗传算法求解。结果显示,该模型和算法能为不同紧急程度的救援活动分配最优的配送路径,使配送完成时间和配送总费用形成比较合理的情况。
When disasters occur,timely delivery of emergency relief materials can effectively reduce post-disaster losses,and with the development of emergency relief work,the emergency level of demand for relief materials will decrease.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the rescue process to determine the relationship between the delivery rate and the cost.A multi-objective vehicle routing model based on distribution time and distribution cost is constructed.A case of emergency rescue in a certain place is taken as an example and solved by genetic algorithm.The results show that the model and algorithm can allocate the optimal distribution path for rescue activities with different emergency degrees,so that the completion time and total cost of distribution can form a reasonable situation.
