摘要
为了提高民航机场进出境快件的通关效率,以及提升国际航空货运能力,采用了创新海关顺势监管模式,并将国际快件的清关流程嵌入到机场转运中心分拣系统中,实现转运中心国内快件和国际快件同场作业、共线分拣的功能集成。基于该模式研究开发出了新一代智能进出境快件海关监管自动分拣控制系统,以实现民航机场海关监管对快件的自动扫码、自动称重、AI智能判图和自动分拣的目的。实际工程应用表明此控制系统稳定性好、通关效率和分拣准确率高。
In order to improve the customs clearance efficiency of inbound and outbound express parcels at civil aviation airports and enhance international air cargo capacity,an innovative customs supervision model has been adopted,which embeds the customs clearance process of international express parcels into the sorting system of the transfer center,achieving the integration of domestic and international express parcels operating on the same site and sorting on the same line in the transfer center.And based on this model,a new generation of intelligent customs supervision and automatic sorting control system for inbound and outbound parcels has been developed,to achieve the purpose of automatic scanning,weighing,AI intelligent image recognition,and automatic sorting of parcels by civil aviation airport customs supervision.
