煤焦与CH_(4)-CO_(2)共转化反应特性试验

摘要 采用热重反应器探究了煤焦与CH_(4)-CO_(2)共转化反应特性,重点考察了反应温度、CH_(4)-CO_(2)流量比对CH_(4)、CO_(2)转化率及H_(2)、CO收率的影响。结果表明,共转化过程中,CH_(4)转化率随着反应温度的升高而增大,而煤焦碳转化率随温度的升高先增加后降低;CH_(4)转化率及煤焦碳转化率随着CH_(4)浓度的提高而降低。CH_(4)和CO_(2)在碳气化过程中具有不同作用,CH_(4)起阻碍作用,CO_(2)起促进作用。在考察范围内,共转化反应条件可以起到调节产品气中H_(2)/CO比的作用,更好的满足后续工艺需求。 The coal char and methane-carbon dioxide co-conversion reaction characteristics were investigated in a thermogravimetric reactor.The effects of reaction temperature the flow rate ratio of methane to carbon dioxide on the methane,carbon dioxide conversion,hydrogen and carbon monoxide yields were examined.The results show that during the co-conversion process,the methane conversion increases with the rise of reaction temperature,while the coal char carbon conversion increases firstly and then decreases with the rise of temperature.The methane and coal char carbon conversion decrease with the increase of methane concentration.Methane and hydrogen play different roles in carbon gasification.Methane has a hindering effect,while carbon dioxide has a promoting effect.Within the range studied,the conversion reaction conditions can be used to adjust the H_(2)/CO ratio in the product gas and better meet the requirements of subsequent process.
