摘要
某尾矿库发生尾砂泄漏事故,在尾矿库干滩区形成塌坑,经应急处理后已回填块石及土石料等.为防止尾矿库后续继续破坏,拟在塌坑区铺设反滤层或土工膜.为确定最优处理方案,采用三维渗流有限元分析,基于浸润线监测资料进行了反演分析,确定了能够反映尾矿库实际情况的渗透参数,并在此基础上,对正常运行工况和洪水运行工况塌坑回填区分别采用反滤层和土工膜方案的浸润线埋深、塌坑回填区附近渗透坡降、渗流量等进行了全面的对比分析.结果表明:两种处理方案整体渗流场与塌坑前相似,塌坑回填区附近尾矿料均能满足渗透稳定要求,排洪隧道渗流量接近,但土工膜方案会使塌坑区附近浸润线抬高,不利于后期堆坝的稳定.综合考虑,推荐反滤层方案.研究结果为尾矿库事故处理方案的科学选取提供了依据,同时也为其他类似尾矿库塌坑事故的处理提供了借鉴.
The tailings leakage occurred in a tailings pond,forming a collapse pit in the dry beach area which was subsequently backfilled with blocks,soil,and stone materials during emergency treatment.To prevent subsequent damage to the tailings pond,two treatment measures including laying a filter layer or geomembrane in the collapse area were proposed.To determine the optimal treatment measures,the seepage inversion was firstly performed by three-dimensional seepage analysis based on the monitor data of the phreatic line,then the suitable permeability of the dam body and foundation was determined,and finally the buried depth of the phreatic line,the hydraulic gradient near the collapse pit backfill area,and discharge were studied and analyzed comprehensively under the two treatment measures.The results show that the overall seepage field under the two treatment measures is similar to that before the collapse pit.The hydraulic gradient near the collapse area can be stable to meet the requirements and the seepage flow of the flood discharge tunnel is close.But the treatment scheme of setting geomembrane will increase the phreatic line in the collapse area,which is not conducive to the stability of the dam and dam body in the later stage.Therefore,it is recommended to adopt the scheme of laying the filter layer.The research results provide a basis for the accident treatment of the tailings pond,and can also provide a reference for the accident treatment of other tailings pond collapses.
