施工荷载对地铁线路沉浮及列车运行安全的影响研究

摘要 以上海新建高铁站上跨地铁线路浅埋区间工程为背景,通过实测数据分析和动力学仿真,研究上部施工荷载对地铁隧道状态、行车安全性和平稳性的影响。结果表明:浅埋盾构隧道段对两侧土体开挖较为敏感,盾构隧道区间末端易产生上浮现象;桩基(围护、加固)施工对矩形隧道段的扰动更大;地铁区间两侧承台开挖和上部施工对矩形隧道段和盾构隧道段地铁线路位移的影响较为均衡;部分测点道床竖向位移达5 mm预警值,但地铁车辆可安全通过施工影响区域上、下行线路,无脱轨风险;施工过程中应重点关注地铁线路盾构隧道20 m内的短波长上浮。 Based on the shallow buried section project of Shanghai new high-speed railway station crossing the subway line,the influence of the upper construction load on the state of the subway tunnel and the safety and stability of the train was studied through the analysis of the measured data and the dynamic simulation.The result shows,that the shallowburied shield tunnel section is sensitive to the excavation of soil on both sides,and the end of the shield tunnel section is prone to tunnel floating.The construction of pile foundation(enclosure,reinforcement)has a greater disturbance to the rectangular tunnel section;the influence of the excavation of the pile caps on both sides of the subway section and the upper construction on the displacement of the subway line in the rectangular tunnel section and the shield tunnel section is relatively balanced.The vertical displacement of the track bed at some measuring points reaches the early warning value of 5 mm,but the subway vehicle can safely pass through the upper and lower lines in the construction affected area without derailment risk.During the construction process,attention should be paid to the short wavelength floating of the shield tunnel within 20 m of the subway line.
