摘要
针对某山岭隧道进行混合型正交试验设计,得到16组试验组合,利用FLAC 3D软件进行模拟,选取围岩变形作为分析指标,对试验结果进行极差和方差分析。结果表明:影响拱顶位移和水平位移结果的主次因素的顺序均为支护距离>开挖方式>混凝土厚度>混凝土等级;影响围岩变形的主要因素是支护距离,然后是开挖方式,混凝土等级和厚度对围岩影响不明显;台阶法控制围岩变形效果优于CD法;随着混凝土等级的提高和厚度的增加,围岩变形量减小;支护距离越近,围岩变形量越小。根据试验结果,得出优化方案,优化方案对围岩变形控制效果良好。
A hybrid orthogonal test design was carried out for a mountain tunnel,16 groups of test combinations were obtained,simulated by FLAC 3D software,and the deformation of surrounding rock was selected as the analysis index,and the test results were analyzed in terms of polarity and variance.The results show that:the order of the primary and secondary factors affecting the results of vault displacement and horizontal displacement are support distance>excavation method>concrete thickness>concrete grade;the main factor affecting the deformation of surrounding rock is the support distance,and then the excavation method,and the influence of the concrete thickness and the concrete grade on the surrounding rock is insignificant;the effect of controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock by the step method is better than that of the CD method;the amount of deformation decreases with the increase of the concrete thickness and the concrete grade;the support distance and the concrete thickness and grade decrease;the effect of controlling the deformation of surrounding rock is better than the CD method.deformation decreases;the closer the support distance is,the smaller the surrounding rock deformation is.According to the test results,the optimization scheme is concluded,and the optimization scheme has a good effect on controlling the deformation of surrounding rock.
