PVA纤维增强水泥稳定碎石混合料性能研究

摘要 基于室内试验研究PVA纤维掺量及长度对水泥稳定碎石力学性能的影响,并将PVA纤维增强水泥稳定碎石混合料应用于实体工程。结果表明:掺加PVA纤维能显著提高水泥稳定碎石混合料的力学性能、抗温缩和干缩性能及抗冻融耐久性,降低水泥稳定碎石混合料疲劳寿命对应力强度的敏感性;推荐PVA纤维掺量为1.1 kg/m^(3),长度为20 mm,应用于实体工程中抵抗反射裂缝效果显著。 Based on laboratory tests,the effect of PVA fiber content and length on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam mixture was studied,in order to apply the PVA fiber reinforced cement stabilized macadam mixture to physical engineering.The result shows that,the addition of PVA fiber can significantly improve the mechanical properties,temperature shrinkage and dry shrinkage resistance and freeze-thaw durability of cement stabilized macadam mixture,and can lessen the sensitivity of fatigue life of cement stabilized macadam mixture to stress strength.It is recommended that the PVA fiber content be 1.1 kg/m^(3) and the length be 20 mm.The effect of resisting reflection crack in physical engineering is also remarkable.
