摘要
为研究高比例植物蛋白源对罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)生长性能及其生理生化指标的影响,以进口鱼粉、豆粕、棉粕为主要蛋白源,配制5组等氮等脂的试验饲料,并分别用棉粕替代0%(RP0,对照组)、20%(RP20)、40%(RP40)、60%(RP60)、80%(RP80)的鱼粉;选用初始体质量(0.80±0.01)g的健康罗氏沼虾苗600尾,随机分为5组,每组4个平行,每个平行30尾,在循环水系统中进行8周养殖试验。结果表明:RP80组的增重率和特定生长率显著低于对照组(RP0)(P<0.05),虾体粗灰分含量显著高于RP0和RP20组(P<0.05),血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量以及肝胰脏胃蛋白酶(Pepsin)和胰蛋白酶(Trypsin)活性均显著低于RP0组(P<0.05),肝胰脏碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)、总胆红素(TBIL)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也均显著低于RP0组(P<0.05);RP40和RP80组的白蛋白(ALB)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05);血清胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-PX)和溶菌酶(LZM)含量,肝胰脏总蛋白(TP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)以及α-淀粉酶(α-AMS)的活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此得出,在本研究条件下,罗氏沼虾饲料中棉籽蛋白替代鱼粉的比例不宜超过60%。
To investigate the effects of high-level plant protein sources on the growth performance and physiological-biochemical indices of Macrobrachium rosenbergii,five iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic experimental diets were formulated using imported fish meal,soybean meal,and cottonseed meal as primary protein sources.Cottonseed meal was used to replace 0%(RP0,control group),20%(RP20),40%(RP40),60%(RP60),and 80%(RP80)of fish meal;A total of 600 healthy Macrobrachium rosenbergii juveniles with an initial body weight of(0.80±0.01)g were randomly divided into 5 groups,each containing 4 replicates(30 individuals per replicate),and reared in a recirculating aquaculture system for an 8-week culture trial.The results showed that the weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)in the RP80 group were significantly lower than control group(RP0)(P<0.05),the crude ash content in prawns from the RP80 group was significantly higher than in RP0 and RP20 groups(P<0.05),serum triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)levels,as well as hepatopancreatic pepsin and trypsin activities,were significantly lower than RP0 group(P<0.05),Hepatopancreatic alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase(ACP),γ-glutamyl transferase(γ-GT),total bilirubin(TBIL),and catalase(CAT)activities in RP80 were also significantly lower than RP0 group(P<0.05);albumin(ALB)content in RP40 and RP80 groups was significantly higher than in other groups(P<0.05);No significant differences were observed in serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and lysozyme(LZM)levels,or in hepatopancreatic total protein(TP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),andα-amylase(α-AMS)activities among all groups(P>0.05).It s concluded that under the conditions of this study,the replacement of fish meal with cottonseed protein in the diet of Macrobrachium rosenbergii should not exceed 60%.
