摘要
输卵管是蛋鸡生殖系统的重要组成部分,易受环境应激和病原感染影响,导致生理功能紊乱和稳态失衡,引发生殖道炎症,进而降低生产性能和蛋品质,给养殖企业带来巨大经济损失。由于蛋鸡生殖道末端(壳腺部和阴道)与外界(直肠和泄殖腔)相通,容易受到病原微生物的侵袭。因此,蛋鸡生殖道系统的健康状况与其定植的微生物密切相关,进而影响蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质及生殖道健康。文章综述了蛋鸡生殖道微生物群落分布组成,概述了微生物对于蛋鸡输卵管健康的影响及微生物干预介导生殖道健康改善生产性能和蛋品质的影响与机制,为今后高效筛选功能微生物改善蛋鸡输卵管黏膜免疫功能,提升生殖道健康水平,从而实现维持高生产性能和优质蛋品的目标。
The fallopian tube is an important part of the reproductive system of laying hens,which is susceptible to environmental stress and pathogen infection,leading to physiological dysfunction and homeostasis imbalance,causing genital tract inflammation,and then reducing production performance and egg quality,bringing huge economic losses to breeding enterprises.Because the ends of the reproductive tract(shell gland and vagina)are communicated with the outside world(rectum and cloaca),laying hens are vulnerable to the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms.Therefore,the health status of reproductive tract system of laying hens is closely related to the microorganisms colonized,which affects the production performance,egg quality and reproductive tract health of laying hens.This paper reviewed the distribution and composition of reproductive tract microbial community of laying hens,summarized the effects of microorganisms on the fallopian tube health of laying hens,and the effects and mechanisms of microbial intervention mediating reproductive tract health to improve production performance and egg quality.To improve the immune function of laying hens'fallopian tube mucosal and reproductive tract health in the future,functional microorganisms could be efficiently screened to achieve the goal of maintaining high production performance and quality eggs.
