摘要
家禽环境适应性是保障家禽健康和生产效益的关键因素之一。随着各类组学等研究方法的不断发展,家禽的适应性机制研究在基础生理、血液生化、蛋白和转录组学以及基因组学等多方面不断取得进展。文章基于高海拔和高低温等多个环境因素,从生理适应、基因组适应及肠道微生物协同进化等多个层面,概述了近年来家禽的环境适应性研究进展,并对未来的研究趋势进行展望,以期为家禽选育提供理论支持。
The adaptability of poultry to the environment is one of the key factors in ensuring the health and production efficiency of poultry.With the continuous development of various omics research methods,research on the adaptive mechanisms of poultry has made progress in various aspects such as basic physiology,blood biochemistry,protein and transcriptomics,and genomics.Based on multiple environmental factors such as high altitude and low temperature.The paper summarized the research progress of environmental adaptability in poultry in recent years from multiple aspects such as physiological adaptation,genomic adaptation and coevolution of gut microbiota.It also looked forward to future research trends to provide theoretical support for poultry breeding.
