摘要
试验旨在研究不同蛋壳颜色鸡蛋品质和矿物元素间关系,为不同品种蛋鸡的科学养殖提供数据支撑。试验选取白壳蛋、绿壳蛋、粉壳蛋和褐壳蛋,微波消解前处理-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定矿物元素含量。采用Pearson法分析蛋壳和鸡蛋中各元素含量及相关性,并绘制矿物元素指纹图谱。结果显示:不同蛋壳颜色的鸡蛋和蛋壳中矿物元素含量差异显著(P<0.05);不同蛋壳颜色的鸡蛋蛋壳厚度差异显著(P<0.05);蛋壳中Zn含量与蛋壳强度、Cu含量蛋壳厚度显著相关(P<0.05);不同蛋壳颜色鸡蛋中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Se含量显著相关(P<0.05)。研究表明:不同蛋壳颜色鸡蛋和蛋壳中矿物元素含量及蛋壳厚度存在显著差异(P<0.05);蛋壳质量与矿物元素含量存在相关性,应科学配比蛋鸡日粮中元素种类及含量,提高鸡蛋品质和营养价值。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the relationship between the quality of eggs with different eggshell colors and mineral elements,and to provide data support for the scientific breeding of different varieties of laying hens.The white shell eggs,green shell eggs,pink shell eggs and brown shell eggs were selected to determine the content of mineral elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after microwave digestion.Pearson method was used to analyze the content and correlation of various elements in eggshell and egg,and the fingerprint of mineral elements was drawn.The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of mineral elements in eggs and eggshells with different eggshell colors(P<0.05),the thickness of eggshells with different eggshell colors was significantly different(P<0.05),and the content of some mineral elements in eggshells were significantly correlated with eggshell thickness(P<0.05)and the content of Cu was significantly correlated with eggshell strength(P<0.05);The content of Cu,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn and Se in eggs with different shell colors were significantly correlated(P<0.05).The results indicated that the mineral element content and eggshell thickness were significantly different in eggs and with different eggshell colors;The egg shell quality was correlated with the mineral element content,the types and contents of elements in the diet of laying hens were scientifically proportioned to improve the quality and nutritional value of eggs.
