摘要
试验旨在探究饲粮添加微量元素复合预混料对狮头鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、抗氧化能力和免疫指标的影响。试验选取56日龄体重相近的狮头鹅公鹅240只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加0.5%微量元素复合预混料的基础日粮,试验期70 d。结果显示:①与对照组相比,试验组85~126日龄平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05);85~126日龄料肉比显著降低(P<0.05)。②与对照组相比,试验组屠宰率及半净膛率显著提高(P<0.05);腿肌pH45 min和pH24 h、45 min a^(*)值、胸肌和腿肌的24 h a^(*)值显著提高,腿肌剪切力显著降低(P<0.05);胸肌水分含量显著提高(P<0.05);胸肌粗蛋白、腿肌粗脂肪和粗灰分含量显著降低(P<0.05)。③与对照组相比,试验组胸肌总超氧化物歧化酶、腿肌和血清总抗氧能力以及腿肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05),胸肌和血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。④与对照组相比,试验组血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮添加0.5%微量元素复合预混料可提高狮头鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、改善肉品质,并在一定程度上提高狮头鹅机体抗氧化能力和免疫功能。
This study aimed to examine the effects of dietary supplementation with trace-mineral premix on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immune indicators in Lion-head geese.A total of 240 male Lion-head geese,aged 56 days and with similar body weights,were randomly assigned to two groups,each with six replicates and 20 geese per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group received the same basal diet supplemented with 0.5%tracemineral premix.The experimental period lasted for 70 days.The results revealed the following:①Compared to the control group,the experimental group showed a significant increase in average daily weight gain from 85 to 126 days(P<0.05),and a significant reduction in the feed-to-gain ratio during both the 85 to 126 days periods(P<0.05).②The experimental group had significantly higher slaughter yield and semi-eviscerated yield compared to the control group(P<0.05).The pH values of the leg muscle at 45 minutes and 24 hours post-mortem,as well as the a^(*)values at 45 minutes post-mortem,and the a^(*)values of both breast and leg muscles at 24 hours post-mortem were significantly increased,and the shear force of the leg muscle was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Additionally,the moisture content of the breast muscle was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the crude protein content of the breast muscle,as well as the fat and ash content in the leg muscles were significantly reduced(P<0.05).③In terms of antioxidant capacity,the experimental group exhibited a significant increase in total superoxide dismutase activity in the breast muscle,total antioxidant capacity in both the leg muscle and serum and glutathione peroxidase activity in the leg muscle(P<0.05)when compared to the control group.Moreover,the levels of malondialdehyde in both the breast muscle and serum were significantly lower(P<0.05).④Furthermore,serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly lower in the experimental group,while immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results indicated that supplementing the diet with 0.5%trace-mineral premix could enhance the growth performance and slaughter traits of lion-head geese,improve meat quality and boost their antioxidant capacity and immune function.
