摘要
随着家庭结构小型化、抚养负担加重,越来越多老年人需要依靠机构养老设施辅助日常生活,但交往空间质量参差不齐,无法满足老年人对环境的需求。通过以北京地区的养老机构为主要研究对象,关注老年人行为与心理需求,以环境心理学以及空间句法为理论基础,记录设施内老年人生活实态,剖析交往空间质量提升路径与机制,提出从宏观——功能配置、中观——流线与场景和微观——无障碍细节三个方面的设计策略。旨在为未来养老院、养护院等设施的建立提供相应的设计依据,提升老年人的居住品质。
With the minimization of family structures and the increasing care-giving burdens,more and more elderly people need to rely on institutional elderly care facilities to assist their daily life,but the communication space quality varies and fails to meet their needs.This paper takes the elderly care institutions in Beijing as the main research object,focuses on the behavioral and psychological needs of the elderly,and takes environmental psychology and spatial syntax as the theoretical basis.It also records the real status of the elderly’s life within the facilities,analyzes the paths and mechanisms for improving the quality of communication space,and puts forward three design strategies:macro-functional configuration,meso-flow and scene,and micro-accessibility details.The study aims to provide design basis for the establishment of facilities such as nursing homes and elderly care institutions in the future,and to enhance the living quality for the elderly.
