摘要
发泡水泥材料存在易开裂、强度低等问题,限制了其在建筑领域的应用,针对这个问题,提出利用竹纤维作为增强材料,以改善发泡水泥材料的力学性能,并通过研究尺寸效应,合理设计材料尺寸,确保其在工程应用中的安全性。以碱处理竹纤维为增强材料,探究竹纤维质量分数、竹纤维尺寸对发泡水泥材料抗压强度的影响,确定制备工艺后,对不同尺寸的竹纤维发泡水泥材料进行抗压强度测试,分析尺寸效应规律,提出尺寸效应计算系数。竹纤维质量分数为8%,尺寸为70目时,竹纤维发泡水泥材料的抗压强度提高了214.44%,随着材料尺寸的增加,其抗压强度先增大后减小,根据尺寸效应理论,通过线性回归分析能够得到竹纤维发泡水泥材料在不同尺寸下的尺寸效应理论参数,可用于竹纤维发泡水泥材料立方体抗压强度的预测,选择合理的材料尺寸,提升结构的耐久性,可降低生产和施工成本,提升经济效益。
Foaming cement materials are prone to cracking and have low strength,which limits their application in the field of construction.To solve these problems,this study uses bamboo fiber as reinforcement material to improve the mechanical properties of foaming cement material,and carries out researches on the size effect,and rationally designs the size of the material to ensure its safety in engineering application.Taking alkali-treated bamboo fiber as reinforced material,the influence of bamboo fiber mass fraction and bamboo fiber size on the compressive strength of foaming cement material is investigated.After determining the preparation process,the compressive strength of bamboo fiber foaming cement material of different sizes is tested,the size effect rule is analyzed,and the calculation coefficient of size effect is proposed.When the mass fraction of bamboo fiber is 8%and the size is 70 mesh,the compressive strength of bamboo fiber foaming cement material is increased by 214.44%.With the enhancement of material size,the compressive strength first increases and then decreases.According to the size effect theory,the theoretical parameters of the size effect of bamboo fiber foaming cement material under different sizes can be obtained through linear regression analysis.They can be used to predict the cube compressive strength of bamboo fiber foaming cement material,select a reasonable material size,improve structure durability,reduce production and construction costs,and enhance economic benefits.
