摘要
对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定橡胶环保塑解剂中DBD含量的不确定度进行评定,分析了实验过程中影响结果不确定度的来源。结果表明,影响DBD含量测定的主要因素是样品前处理过程。当DBD含量为39.95%时,扩展不确定度为1.06%,测定结果表示为(39.95±1.06)%,k=2。
The uncertainty of the method for the determination of DBD content of environmentally friendly peptizer for rubber by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was evaluated,and the sources of uncertainty affecting the results were analyzed in the experimental process.The results showed that the main factor affecting the determination of DBD content of environmental peptizer for rubber was the sample pretreatment process.When the DBD content of environmental peptizer was 39.95%,the extended uncertainty was 1.06%,and the determination result was expressed as(39.95±1.06)%,k=2.
