低温一次法混炼工艺对轴箱弹簧胶料性能的影响

Effect of Low-temperature One-step Mixing Process on Propeties of Axle Box Spring Compound

摘要 对比研究了低温一次法混炼工艺与传统混炼工艺对轴箱弹簧胶料性能的影响。结果表明:低温一次法混炼工艺可显著提高填料分散均匀性,并保持较高的相对分子质量及门尼粘度,硫化速率加快;改善胶料的拉伸强度、无割口直角撕裂强度及回弹性能。此外,低温混炼工艺表现出较低的压缩生热和损耗因子,具有优异的伸张疲劳及屈挠性能,适用于轴箱弹簧胶料的生产。 The effects of low-temperature one-step mixing process and traditional mixing processes on the properties of axle box spring compound were compared.The results showed that the low-temperature one-step mixing process significantly improved the uniformity of filler dispersion and maintained a higher molecular weight,thereby enhancing the tensile strength,trouser tear strength,and resilience of the compound.Additionally,the low-temperature mixing process exhibited lower compression heat build-up and loss factor,demonstrating excellent tensile fatigue and flexural properties,making it suitable for production of axle box springs compounds.
