摘要
针对煤矿井下通风设施动态变化、通风网络图绘制困难的问题,提出基于最困难通风路线的通风设施配置与网络图绘制技术。阐述了矿井最困难通风路线的概念及其定性判定方法。基于矿井通风网络解算原理分析了最困难通风路线的精准判定与通风设置配置方法。基于最困难通风路线构建了一种3步法绘制矿井通风网络图的技术,并在安山煤矿通风系统中进行了应用。结果表明:(1)最困难通风路线不含任何通风构筑物,清晰地表明了安山煤矿通风系统中的通风的重点;(2)使用3步法绘制的通风网络图突出显示了矿井最困难通风路线,减少了巷道交叉,提升了图形的美观性与准确度。
In order to solve the problem of dynamic change of underground ventilation facilities and the difficulty of drawing ventilation network diagrams,a ventilation facility configuration and network diagram drawing technology based on the most difficult ventilation routes was proposed.The concept of the most difficult ventilation route in the mine and its qualitative determination method are described.Based on the principle of mine ventilation network solving,the accurate determination of the most difficult ventilation route and the configuration method of ventilation setting were analyzed.Based on the most difficult ventilation routes,a three-step method was constructed to draw the mine ventilation network diagram,and it was applied in the ventilation system of Ansan coal mine.The results show that:(1)the most difficult ventilation route does not contain any ventilation structures,which clearly indicates the focus of ventilation in the ventilation system of Ansan Coal Mine;(2)The ventilation network diagram drawn using the three-step method highlights the most difficult ventilation routes in the mine,reduces the roadway crossing,and improves the aesthetics and accuracy of the graphics.
