摘要
目的:分析加强管理模式在病案室编码质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—5月合肥市汇川区中医医院病案室管理的320份病案作为对照组,选取2023年6—10月病案室管理的320份病案作为观察组。对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组实施加强管理模式。比较两组病案疾病诊断编码填写准确率、病案疾病诊断编码信息完善率及管理效果。结果:观察组病案疾病诊断编码填写准确率、病案疾病诊断编码信息完善率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组编码及时性、编码准确性、编码完善性、患者结算医保时的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:加强管理模式在病案室编码质量管理中的应用效果显著,可提高病案疾病诊断编码填写准确率、病案疾病诊断编码信息完善率及病案室编码质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of the strengthened management mode in the coding quality management of the medical record room.Methods:A total of three hundred and twenty medical records managed by the medical record room of Zunyi Huichuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to May 2023 were selected as the control group,and three hundred and twenty medical records managed by the medical record room from June 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented the conventional management mode,while the observation group implemented the strengthened management mode.The accuracy rate of filling in medical record codes,the completeness rate of medical record code information and the management effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The accuracy rate of filling in medical record codes and the completeness rate of medical record code information in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of coding timeliness,coding accuracy,coding completeness and satisfaction of patients when settling medical insurance in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of strengthened management mode in the coding quality management of the medical record room is remarkable,which can improve the accuracy rate of filling in medical record codes,the completeness rate of medical record code information and the coding quality of the medical record room.
